Company Secretary K. Narayanan Steps Down From Seshasayee Paper And Boards

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited has accepted the resignation of K. Narayanan from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer & Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), with effect from December 31, 2024.

Narayanan is a Company Secretary and has previously held positions like GM-Finance and Company Secretary at Anugraha Valve Castings Ltd., General Manager Finance at TVS SRICHAKRA Ltd., and GM (Accounts) and Company Secretary at Sripathi Paper and Boards Private Limited.
