Changes in the leadership team of IFB Industries

IFB Industries has announced changes in the leadership team. Ritesh Agarwal will join as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective from June 1, 2023. While Harsh Vardhan Sachdev has submitted his resignation from the position of CEO and Managing Director of the Engineering Division at the Company due to personal reasons.
