Chandrakant Khetan, K. H. Vishwanathan, Prabhakar Dalal, and Dr. Anjana Grewal Retired From Ajanta Pharma’s Board

Ajanta Pharma Limited’s Chandrakant M. Khetan, K. H. Vishwanathan, Prabhakar R. Dalal, and Dr. Anjana Grewal have completed their second term as Independent Directors on July 17, 2024.

Chandrakant Khetan has over five decades of experience. He is recognised for his business acumen, strategic thinking, finance and accounting expertise, risk management, general management, and objectivity. He is a technical graduate with over 50 years of industrial experience.

Anjana Grewal has over 3 decades of experience in sales, marketing, financial services, and insurance. Grewal has worked with top Indian and multinational companies in the pharma, FMCG, banking, and insurance sectors. An academic and visiting faculty at leading management institutes in India and abroad, she is currently a Senior Professor and Centre of Excellence Faculty Director at MISB Bocconi, Italy.

K.H. Vishwanathan is a retired finance professional who served as General Manager at IDBI Bank. Vishwanathan has approximately 30 years’ of experience in banking and finance.

Prabhakar Dalal is a veteran banker and during his 31-year tenure at EXIM Bank of India, he held various senior management positions and served as Executive Director for over 3 years before retiring.
