Chandra Shekher Joshi appointed CS at Indiabulls Real Estate

Effective from May 1, 2023, Chandra Shekher Joshi has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Indiabulls Real Estate. Having a background in Law and a diploma in business management, he possesses more than 14 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial Functions, Listing and other compliances, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, and Buy-back, and has an extensive understanding of Corporate Laws, SEBI Laws, SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI Takeover and Insider Trading Regulations, FEMA guidelines, and other corporate laws. Chandra Shekher Joshi had joined the Indiabulls Group in 2019, and prior to that, he had worked with other widely held listed corporations.
