Chambal Fertilisers appoints Anuj Jain as Company Secretary

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. has appointed Anuj Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 6, 2023. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He started his career in 1987 and worked in finance, accounts and secretarial functions with several organisations from the year 1987 to 2001. Anuj Jain joined the Company in the year 2001 and presently working as Assistant Vice President Finance. He has experience of more than 35 years in the fields of finance, accounts and secretarial functions.
