CFO Sanjay Agarwal Resigned from Jyothy Labs

Sanjay Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Jyothy Labs Limited, has tendered his resignation on August 2, 2024, and his last working day will be August 21, 2024.

Agarwal is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having joined in 2018 as CFO. Prior to the bank, he has worked with Adani Capital Ltd. as Executive Director; Macquarie Capital Advisers as Head-Equity Capital Markets, India; Edelweiss Capital Ltd. as Vice President, Investment Banking; HDFC Chubb as National Head-Speciality Insurance; and Arthur Andersen as Manager-Assurance and Business Advisory. Agarwal has completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and his Executive Development Program from The Wharton School.
