CFO of Suven Pharmaceuticals Subba Rao Parupalli Resigns

Subba Rao Parupalli has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited with effect from January 2, 2024, due to personal reasons. He pledges to assist in the transition to the new CFO, Himanshu Agarwal, and will continue to be involved in the finance functions of the company.

P.S. Rao has been with the company since June 1995. Prior to joining the SUVEN group, he began his career as an account’s assistant in 1978, working at Standard Organics Limited, a pharmaceutical company in Hyderabad, until March 1990. Following which, he joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. in April 1990 and served until June 1995, overseeing the Diagnostic Division of the DRL group. He holds qualifications as a CMA and a commerce graduate from Andhra University.
