CFO of Alkem Laboratories Rajesh Dubey Retires, Nitin Agrawal Takes Over

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Limited has appointed Nitin Agrawal as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from February 1, 2024. He will replace Rajesh Dubey, who is set to retire from the company on March 15, 2024.

Agrawal has 19 years of experience in senior global leadership roles across Corporate Finance, Strategy, Accounting, FP&A, Business Finance, Governance and Investor Relations. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an MBA (one-year PGDM) from IIM Lucknow.
