CEO Of Shree Digvijay Cement, KK Rajeev Nambiar Has Resigned, Ramanujan Krishnakumar To Take Over

KK Rajeev Nambiar has resigned as Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shree Digvijay Cement Limited, with effect from December 15, 2023. Nambiar was re-appointed as the CEO and MD of the company until July 31, 2024; however, he has opted for an early retirement due to personal reasons. The Board has accepted his resignation and approved his departure.

The Board has granted approval for the appointment of Ramanujan Krishnakumar, currently serving as the senior vice president (manufacturing), as an additional Director, CEO and MD of the company. This appointment is for a period of five years, effective December 16, 2023. Krishnakumar, who joined Shree Digvijay Cement in 2015, previously held a leadership role in the engineering department at ACC.
