Centrum Capital’s Independent Director S. K. Mitra Completes His Five-Year Term

Subrata Kumar Mitra, Independent Director on the Board of Centrum Capital Limited, has completed his five-year term on September 11, 2024.

S. K. Mitra has earlier worked with many renowned organisations, including American Express Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and GIC Mutual Fund. After this, he held a leadership role in the financial services business of Aditya Birla Group from 1994 to 2007. He served on the various companies’ Boards and was also an advisor to many international banks. For over ten years, he has served as Asia Asset Management, Hong Kong’s India correspondent. He is an MBA from the United States and an M.Sc. from the University of Calcutta.
