
Carl Ennis Set To Retire As Chief Executive Officer Of Siemens
Carl Ennis will retire as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siemens plc with effect from April 30, 2026, after more than 25 years with the company.
Ennis has led the business in the UK and Ireland for over six years and has held roles across domestic and international operations during his tenure. He has worked with customers and partners across multiple markets as part of the company’s regional operations. He is also a visiting professor of practice at Newcastle University and has served as a trustee at EngineeringUK. Ennis holds a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University and has been awarded a Doctor of Engineering (Honoris Causa) by the same institution. His experience includes leadership roles across engineering, infrastructure, and industrial operations.
