Capacite Infraprojects Appoints Ankit Paleja as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Capacite Infraprojects Limited has approved the appointment of Ankit Vikram Palejaas an Additional Independent Director for five years with immediate effect. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Ankit Vikram Paleja is a qualified lawyer with over fifteen years of experience and is presently a designated partner in the law firm of Crawford Bayley & Co. (advocates and solicitors). Paleja has also served as an Independent Director at Aarti Drugs Limited since October 2021. In the year 2018, he was awarded the Under 40 Rising Star Award by Legal Era. He is also the India National Representative of AIJA, “International Association of Young Lawyers.” His previous engagement was with the law firm Little & Co. He holds a double degree of Bachelor in Legal Science and Bachelor of Law.
