
Can Fin Homes Reshuffles Board With Key Reappointments & New Independent Directors
Can Fin Homes Limited has announced key board-level appointments.
Vikram Saha has been reappointed as Executive Director of the company, while Arvind Narayan Yennemadi has been reappointed as an Independent Director.
In addition, the company has appointed Swarupananda Mallick and Anup Sankar Bhattacharya as Independent Directors.
Saha brings extensive banking and leadership experience from his career at Canara Bank, where he managed diverse branches and offices, including large mid-corporate, very large, and SME Sulabh branches across multiple geographies. He also headed two regional offices and, prior to joining Can Fin Homes, served as Deputy General Manager and Head of the Zonal Inspectorate in Lucknow. In this role, he oversaw three Circles comprising more than 1,000 branches, with responsibilities spanning inspection, audits, and regulatory compliance. His expertise covers IT, credit, MSME, mid-corporate, and inspection functions. Saha holds a bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.), CAIIB (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance), and certifications in MSME Finance and Computing.
Yennemadi has over 46 years of professional experience across statutory, concurrent, and special audits across public and private sector banks, NBFCs, and corporates. He has handled assignments for major banks, including SBI, Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, and Axis Bank, as well as financial institutions like IFCI and IDB. His experience also spans taxation, representation at appellate levels, internal financial control testing, and investigation audits. Since 1996, he has been a Partner at RAY & RAY, one of India’s established audit firms with a pan-India presence. Yennemadi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a B.Com. from Mumbai University and a diploma in information systems audit (DISA).
