Bombay Dyeing’s CFO Vinod Jain To Step Down

Vinod Jain, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer (CFO and CRO) of The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited, has given a notice of resignation, the company informed exchanges in a release. The statement said that his last working day with the organisation will be June 30, 2024.

Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with splendid skill sets. He has over 25 years of hands-on experience in handling the entire gamut of finance and related functions. Before joining Bombay Dyeing two years ago, he served as the CFO at Essar Power and Vadinar Oil Terminal Limited. He spent close to two decades at Essar Group, holding various positions, including that of VP Finance at Nayara Energy.
