Biren Parikh Appointed as Chief Information Officer at Symphony Limited

Biren Parikh has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Symphony Limited, with effect from February 29, 2024. He will replace Ashwin Prajapati.

Biren Parikh, aged 51, has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of SAP implementation and Business Process Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), IT Strategy formulation, and Service and Policy Management. He has received various prestigious awards, including the Technology Leaders Award, Innovative CIO (Top 100), Rising Digital Transformation Leader, and Star CIO of the Year. He has worked with Cera Sanitaryware, Astral, Sandesh, Banco Products, and Dodsal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from South Gujarat University.
