Bhaskar Bhat Retires From Titan Company and Rallis India On Attaining The Retirement Age Of 70

Bhaskar Bhat ceased to be a Director on the Boards of Titan Company Limited and Rallis India Limited with effect from August 29 and August 30, respectively, 2024, in line with the Tata Group Retirement Policy applicable for Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors upon attainment of the age of 70 years.

Bhaskar Bhat has been on Trent’s Board since September 2010. He started his career with Titan Company Ltd. (formerly Tata Watch Project) and later assumed the role of MD, a position he held until his retirement. Currently, he serves on the Boards of various companies, including Tata SIA Airlines Ltd., Bosch Ltd., Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd., and Caratlane Trading Pvt. Ltd. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He was honoured with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Madras in 2018.
