Bharat Seats’ Independent Director Shyamla Khera Retired

Shyamla Khera has completed her tenure as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a member of Bharat Seats Limited’s Board with effect from July 20, 2024.

Khera has over 37 years of experience in the banking industry. She has held numerous prestigious positions, such as leading various functional departments at the State Bank of India (SBI), overseeing businesses for the Northern Region at Centurion Bank, and managing Corporate Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank. She successfully secured the majority of mandates from the government and PSU sector and played a key role in significant deals, including the Coal India IPO, NTPC FPO, BHEL Block deal, and Maruti Block deals at KMCC. She also serves on the Board of mNDR Auto Components.
