Bharat Forge Announces Key Board Appointments and Leadership Changes

Bharat Forge Limited has designated Krishnan Iyer, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Closed Die Forging Division (CDFD), and Srinivasu Malladi, Vice President of Human Resources (HR), as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective November 14, 2024.

Meanwhile, Atul Jagtap, Vice President of Materials, will step down from his role effective November 24, 2024.

With over 33 years of leadership experience in automobile manufacturing, Krishnan Iyer has held pivotal roles at companies such as Ashok Leyland, Cummins & JCB, and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Pune and has completed the Global Program for Management Development at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Srinivasu Malladi brings 21 years of expertise in talent management, capability building, organisational effectiveness, and driving change management initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness and productivity. His contributions at leading organisations, including Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Reddy’s, Jubilant Ingrevia, and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd., have delivered significant financial impact. He is an MBA (HR) Gold Medallist from the University of Hyderabad.
