Bhagwan Dass Narang, CMD, and Jyothi Prasad, ID resigned from Shivam Autotech

Bhagwan Dass Narang has recently resigned from his position as Chairman and Independent Director at Shivam Autotech Limited. He was serving on the boards of seven other companies, including Shivam Autotech Limited, Ovington Finance Private Limited, and Karvy Financial Services Limited, among others. Previously, he has been associated with several other companies, including Va Tech Wabag Limited, and Dish Tv India Limited among others.

Furthermore, Jyothi Prasad has stepped down as an Independent Director from the Board and Committees of the Board of Shivan Autotech, effective from April 28th.
