Berger Paints’ Independent Director Naresh Gujral Has Retired

The second term of Independent Director Naresh Gujral at Berger Paints India Limited ended on August 20, 2024, and he consequently ceased to be a member of the Board. Gujral is the founder of Span India Group, a leading exporter of designer clothing from India to Europe. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is recognized as a prominent social activist and industrialist.
