Ayyagari Sarma Appointed As Independent Directors Of Kernex Microsystems (India)

Adabala Seshagiri Rao, Ayyagari Viswanadha Sarma, and Pasupuleti Dinakara Rao have been appointed as Independent Directors on the Board of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited. While Narender Kumar ceased to be a Director of the company.

Adabala Seshagiri Rao, 63, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB Retail Banking examination) from the Institute of Banking & Finance. He started his career as a Medical Detailing Officer (Medical Representative) before transitioning to banking. In the banking sector, he rose through the ranks from clerk to Deputy General Manager. He was a Zonal Head for Pune. With over 35 years of experience, his expertise spans critical areas such as branch management, credit operations, risk management, and business growth strategies. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science and a degree of Bachelor of Law from Andhra University. He holds a diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

Ayyagari Viswanadha Sarma, 66, is a qualified CA, CS, and insolvency professional. He is presently practicing as a registered Insolvency Professional and has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He started his career at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). He joined HPCL in 1983 as an Accounts Officer and progressed through the ranks, ultimately retiring as Executive Director in 2018. He was the CFO and Company Secretary of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (a joint venture between HPCL and the Government of Rajasthan). He has done a PG Diploma in Forex & Risk Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
