Ashwini Verma & Amogh Gupta to retire from Dilip Buildcon’s Board

Ashwini Verma and Amogh Kumar Gupta shall retire from the position of the Independent Directors of Dilip Buildcon Limited on completion of their second and final term of office as Independent Directors of the company, effective from the end of the day on August 4, 2024.

Amogh Gupta is a partner at Amogh Kumar Gupta and Associates and has over three decades of experience in the fields of architecture and interior design. Previously in his career, he has served with the Environmental Planning and Coordination Organisation in Bhopal and the Town Planning Cell of the Narmada Valley Development Authority. He was appointed Chairperson of the Board of Governors at the School of Planning and Architecture. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Engineering from Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal.

Since 2014, Ashiwini Verma has been associated with DBL. He is also a partner at AV & Associates, bringing over 26 years of experience in architectural and site engineering services. He previously held various positions at Gawali & Associates, Architects and Engineers, Waseem & Associates, Pradeep K. Saxena & Associates, and Harekrishna Colonisers Pvt. Ltd. He completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Madhya Pradesh Board of Technical Education.
