Arun Duggal & Rohit Bhasin Reappointed As Independent Directors Of Dr Lal PathLabs
Arun Duggal and Rohit Bhasin have been reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Dr Lal PathLabs Limited, effective November 8, 2025 & February 2, 2026, respectively. The reappointments are subject to approval by members of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM).
Arun Duggal’s career spans over 26 years with Bank of America across the U.S., Hong Kong, and Japan, including leadership roles as Chief Executive for India and Regional Executive for Japan, Australia, and Korea. As a fervent supporter of diversity, he established the Women on Corporate Boards initiative in India. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director at J.B. Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited and sits on the Boards of several other companies. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, Duggal is also deeply committed to education, clean air initiatives, and corporate governance research.
Rohit Bhasin is a Chartered Accountant with over 41 years of experience in leading positions at reputable companies like Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), AIG Inc., and Standard Chartered Bank. He currently serves as a board member of Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, Yatra Online Limited, ICICI Bank Ltd, and Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited. In addition to his corporate roles, Bhasin is actively engaged in the not-for-profit space, serving as a trustee or board member with organisations such as Azad Foundation and Mobile Creches.
