Aravind Matta is the new Company Secretary of Trident

Trident Limited has appointed Aravind Matta as the Company Secretary, he will be taking over on 15 August 2023. He replaced Hari Krishan.

Aravind Matta is a seasoned Corporate Governance professional, having more than two decades of experience in driving Company Secretarial, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, CSR, Risk Management, Internal Audit and Corporate Strategy functions. He was earlier associated, inter alia, with major Corporate Houses viz., International Paper, West Coast Paper, Vedanta, GMR, Nagarjuna Fertilisers. He is a qualified Company Secretary and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
