Anurag Mantri Appointed As President Of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals; V.S. Mani To Step Down As Executive Director & Global CFO

Anurag Mantri has been appointed as President and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, effective April 7, 2025.

Further, V.S. Mani, Executive Director & Global Chief Financial Officer of the company, has decided to step down from the position with effect from May 26, 2025. Although for a smooth transition, he has agreed to continue with the company for some time.

Mantri is joining from Jindal Stainless Limited, where he served as Executive Director and Group Chief Finance Officer since 2016. He has over thirty years of experience across corporate finance, IPO management, global compliance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, investor relations, tax, and ERP deployment. He began his career with Larsen & Toubro in Corporate Finance and Group Treasury. He later held roles at HCL Technologies as Corporate Treasurer and SRF Limited as Head of Treasury, Investor Relations, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He spent six years at Cairn Energy as Group Treasurer, Financial Controller, and Head of Investor Relations. He also worked at ACME Group and Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited. Anurag is a Chartered Accountant and holds a commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan.
