Anuradha Razdan promoted to CHRO of Beauty & Wellbeing and Global DEI Officer Unilever

Unilever has announced the promotion of Anuradha Razdan to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Beauty & Wellbeing division and Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (DEI) Officer.

She will oversee the beauty and wellbeing category and take on the global responsibility for advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion across the company.

Previously, Razdan served as the Executive Director and CHRO for Hindustan Unilever and Unilever South Asia. Her career at Unilever’s London headquarters spanned six years, where she began as the Executive Assistant to the former CHRO and later served as Vice President of HR for Home Care. In this position, she drove cultural and organisational changes to enhance agility and consumer focus.
