Ankit Shah, a Lawyer and Company Secretary, has tendered his resignation from his positions as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, effective from August 2nd, 2023. Ankit Shah, who has more than ten years of experience in the realm of Corporate Laws, has effectively managed important responsibilities including Mergers and Acquisitions, Fundraising, Corporate Restructuring, and Joint Venture transactions.

He has previously worked with the Tata Group for three years before joining Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited in 2015. Throughout his tenure, Ankit Shah has garnered recognition and appreciation in both the Tata Group and Mahindra Group for his ability to swiftly complete corporate restructuring and fundraising projects. Additionally, he has showcased his expertise by winning an inter-corporate quiz competition on legal and secretarial matters, emphasising his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
