Anjali R. Gupte & Nandkumar Dhekne Reappointed, Sunil Kataria Added To Astec LifeSciences Board
Anjali Rajesh Gupte and Nandkumar Dhekne have been reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Astec LifeSciences Limited, commencing from December 18, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Further, Sunil Kataria has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
Anjali Rajesh Gupte has over 30 years of experience across finance functions in industries including media, financial services, manufacturing, and real estate. She has served as Director and Group CFO at Havas Group India, CFO South Asia at Grey Worldwide, Head of Finance South Asia at Thomson Reuters India, and in senior finance roles at Godrej Properties and Gujarat Godrej Innovative Chemicals. Her expertise spans strategic business partnering, financial reporting, controllership, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business integration, and reorganising operations for growth and compliance. Gupte holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
Nandkumar Dhekne has four decades of experience across field services, operations, sales, marketing, and general management in the Asia Pacific region. He served as Vice President – Asia Pacific at Solenis, Shanghai, and held senior leadership roles at GE Water, GE Energy SEA, Hercules USA, and Ashland USA. He has been a board member and chairman for multiple entities and joint ventures in India, China, Korea, and Malaysia. A Chartered Engineer and Honorary Fellow of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Dhekne is a graduate of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s AMP programme.
