Ameeta Chatterjee Reappointed As Independent Director Of Jubilant Ingrevia
Ameeta Chatterjee has been reappointed as Independent Director of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, commencing from April 17, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Chatterjee began her career at ICICI Limited in project finance and later joined KPMG, where she set up and led infrastructure-focused corporate finance teams in India and London. She moved to Leighton in 2010 as General Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), managing infrastructure investments. Chatterjee now advises companies on strategy, fundraising, and M&A through Espandere Advisors Pvt. Ltd. She serves as an Independent Director at Nippon Life India Asset Management, JSW Infrastructure, and IIM Visakhapatnam, and founded the Ekam Foundation, focused on health and education. She has over 23 years of experience in project development, financing, and execution across India and the UK. Chatterjee holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, and is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
