Amber Enterprises India Appoints Prakash Iyer and Sabina Moti Bhavnani As Independent Directors

The Board of Directors of Amber Enterprises India Limited has approved the appointment of Prakash Iyer and Sabina Moti Bhavnani as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) both for two years commencing on September 19, 2024.

Girish Kumar Ahuja and Sudha Pillai, Independent Directors of Amber Enterprises India Limited, will retire with effect from September 19, 2024.

Prakash Iyer has over 29 years of experience. Having held leadership positions at renowned firms like ICRA, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Actis, and Reliance Private Equity. He serves as the head of the Haldirams Family Office. His impressive track record includes his tenure as CEO of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances.

Sabina Moti Bhavnani has over 30 years of experience and is a prominent figure in the fields of Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Corporate Finance. Currently, she is playing a pivotal role in assisting the IL&FS Board. She holds an MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
