Amarendra Gupta Resigns as CFO of Transformers and Rectifiers India

Amarendra Kumar Gupta has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited with effect from October 14, 2023, due to personal reasons.

Amrendra Kumar Gupta, a Chartered Accountant, has 19 years of experience in areas like fund raising, Financial Management, Planning Taxation, and Operations. Prior to Transformers and Rectifiers, he worked with Asian Granito India, Kamachi Industries, Delta Plus India (a subsidiary of Delta Plus Group, France), IFGL Export, JV Gokal & Co., Phillips Carbon Black, and Tata Motors.
