Allegro MicroSystems Appoints Dr. Krishna Palepu As Independent Director

Allegro MicroSystems has appointed Dr. Krishna Palepu, a professor at Harvard Business School, to its Board of Directors as an Independent Director, effective January 31, 2025.

Dr. Palepu specialises in strategy, governance, and emerging markets, with experience advising technology and semiconductor companies. He has served on multiple public company Boards and is a fellow of the International Academy of Management. Allegro’s Chairman, Yoshihiro Suzuki, noted that Palepu’s academic and industry expertise will support the company’s growth. Dr. Palepu expressed his commitment to leveraging his experience in Corporate Governance and global strategy. He holds degrees from Andhra University, the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
