Allcargo Gati Appoints Deepak Pareek as DyCFO with Immediate Effect

The Board of Directors of Allcargo Gati Limited has approved the appointment of Deepak Jagdish Pareek as Deputy Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect on August 7, 2024. He is also designated a Senior Management Personnel. He replaced Anish T. Mathew, who is set to step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 31, 2024.

Deepak Pareek has over two decades of experience. He has held CXO responsibilities with the Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. (IL&FS) group. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), and Company Secretary (CS Inter). He has in-depth exposure to regulatory frameworks impacting the infrastructure and BFSI sector, such as the RBI Guidelines, Companies Act 2013, and FEMA/ECB Guidelines. He has led various digital transformation initiatives as a functional leader during his career. He is currently pursuing a Design Thinking and Strategy Management program from Harvard University.
