Akzo Nobel India’s Independent Director Amit Jain has retired

Amit Jain ceased to be an Independent Director of Akzo Nobel India Limited upon completion of his three-year term on August 13, 2024.

Amit Jain has over two decades of experience, and currently he is Chairman of Sanofi CHC India and serves as Director at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. Earlier, he worked with L’Oréal India as Chairman and Managing Director (MD). He also served at MTV Asia as Managing Director and EVP; Viacom India as MD and CEO; Coca-Cola as VP; and ICI India Limited as Manager. He has also worked with Coca-Cola India and Coca-Cola Asia. He has completed his AMP in Management from The Wharton School; he has done his Global Strategic Management from Harvard Business School; and he holds an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
