Akriti Chopra, Co-founder Of Zomato Has Resigned After 13 Year

Akriti Chopra, Co-founder and Chief People Officer (CPO) of Zomato Limited, a food delivery company, has resigned from her post with immediate effect. She has also ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel (SMP).

She joined the company in 2011 and has spent 13 years with Zomato. Earlier at Zomato, she worked as Vice President and CFO. In 2020, she served as Head of People Development, and from 2021, she started to serve as Chief People Officer (CPO).

According to the company, she has stepped down from her post as she wanted to pursue other career opportunities outside of Zomato.
