Air Marshal M. McMahon (Retired) Concludes His Term As Independent Director Of Blue Dart Express

Air Marshal M. McMahon (Retd.) has ceased to be the Independent Director of Blue Dart Express Limited with effect from February 09, 2025, on account of the completion of his term.

McMahon has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Commissioned as a fighter pilot, he served in the Indian Air Force for 42 years. He was an A2-qualified flying instructor and received the Chief of Air Staff trophy for excellence in flying. His key staff roles included Director, Air Staff Requirements; Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Operations); Inspector General of the IAF; and Vice Chief of Air Staff. He was awarded the Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, and Vishisht Seva Medal. He graduated first in flying and completed the T-33/F-86 Advanced Gunnery Course in the USA, earning top rankings in low-level strafe and low-angle bombing.
