Adriana Cisneros Appointed as Director at Ford Motor

The Board of Ford Motor Company has appointed Adriana Cisneros as a Director of the company with immediate effect. With this appointment, the Board of Ford Motor Company has expanded to 15 members.

Cisneros will serve on the board’s Nominating and Governance and Sustainability, Innovation, and Policy committees.

In 2013, Adriana Cisneros became CEO of the Cisneros Group. In addition to her role at Cisneros Group, where she previously served as Vice Chair and Director of Strategy, She is a Director at Mattel Inc., AST Spacemobile Inc., and the Paley Centre for Media, and she is a trustee of the Knight Foundation. She is actively involved in supporting the arts and education, participating in institutions like the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and its Latin American Acquisitions Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree in journalism from New York University. She is a Henry Crown Fellow and completed studies at Harvard Business School’s Programme for Leadership Development.
