Ador Welding’s Independent Directors Rakesh Sapru, K. Digvijay Singh & Piyush Gupta have retired

Rakesh N. Sapru, K. Digvijay Singh, and Piyush K. Gupta, Directors of Ador Welding Limited, have completed their second term as Independent Directors and consequently will cease to be the Directors of the company w.e.f. July 27, 2024.

Rakesh Sapru is the Managing Partner of Executive Mantra Search Services. Currently, he is serving on the Board of XpertREACH as an Independent Director. Earlier, he worked with Executive Access (India), The Oberoi Group, SAB TV, IGE (India), GE Capital and HSBC. He has an MBA from SIU (London Compus) and a B. Com. (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University.

K. Digvijay Singh is currently Chairman of the Managing Committee of Singapore Condominium. He has worked with I AM Company, Australia, as a Strategic Partnerships Consultant. Earlier, he worked with T2 APAC, Spirit of Enterprise, Mercury Travels, Nimbus Sport, Thomas Cook India, Internet Company of India, Indian Express Group of Newspapers, Zee TV, Kanmoor Foods, Afcott Nigeria, and Unilever India (Hindustan Lever Ltd). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a BA (Honours) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Piyush Gupta is a Director at MaxMax Chambers. Earlier, he worked with Yumchek, UnitedLex, UTStarcom, and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. He has completed his law degree from Harvard Law School and his BA from Delhi University.
