Aditya Birla Money’s Independent Directors P. Sudhir Rao & G. Vijayaraghavan Retired

Aditya Birla Money Limited has informed the stock exchange that two Independent Directors, P Sudhir Rao and G. Vijayaraghavan have completed their second term of five years on July 02, 2024.

P. Sudhir Rao (C.A., C.M.A.) is the Managing Partner – India at Celesta Capital, Silicon Valley based company. He has been a pioneering figure in India’s capital markets and brings deep expertise in the financial services industry. His keen insight into data analysis and business models is complemented by his proficiency in software and technology. He was also a Founding Director of Karvy Investor Services and Karvy Stockbroking.

G. Vijayaraghavan (B.Tech. (Honours) from IIT, PGDM-IIMA) has over 35 years of experience across various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Management Consulting, Agro inputs, Investment Banking, and ITES. He has worked with ONGC, Alfa Laval, A.F. Ferguson & Co., and Standard Chartered Bank. Since venturing out on his own in 1999. Now he has retired but remains actively engaged in learning and teaching Sanskrit. In 2021, he published his book “Indian Astronomy & Astrology – The Basics.”
