ADF Foods Appoints Ameet Hariani As Independent Director & Reappoints Deepa Harris As Independent Director

Ameet P. Hariani has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of ADF Foods Limited w.e.f. February 01, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Deepa Misra Harris has been reappointed as an Independent Director of the company for a second term w.e.f. March 25, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Hariani has over 35 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate finance. He was a partner at Ambubhai and Diwanji, Mumbai, and Andersen Legal India, Mumbai. He founded Hariani & Co. in 1991 and served as Managing Partner until 2022, leading a team of over 100 lawyers across offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Goa. Hariani holds a bachelor of law and a master’s in law from the University of Mumbai and is a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and the Law Society of England and Wales. He is also a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Bar Council of Maharashtra, and the Bombay Bar Association.

Harris is the Founder and CEO of Brands WeLove LLP, a marketing and branding services firm. She has over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with expertise in branding, marketing, sales, and public relations. As Head of Sales & Marketing at Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts, and Safaris, she oversaw four brands and 127 hotels globally, driving revenue and brand growth. She has worked in Indian and international markets, launching new products and hotels in the US, UK, Middle East, and Africa. Harris holds a master’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and has completed executive programs from Cornell and ISB.
