Abhishek Chawla Set To Step Down As Company Secretary Of Sterling Tools

Abhishek Chawla, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Sterling Tools Limited, has resigned and will be stepping down with effect from March 13, 2025.

Chawla has nine years of experience in compliance management. His expertise includes SEBI listing compliance, corporate secretarial functions, contract management, RBI-FEMA compliance, and regulatory affairs. He has previously served as Executive – Company Secretary at Vatika Group, Assistant Company Secretary at Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd., and Manager – Legal & Compliance at Merlin Entertainments. Chawla holds a bachelor’s degree in law and another in commerce.
