Abhilash Lal and Pradeep Goenka Step Down as Independent Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere

Abhilash Lal and Pradeep Kumar Goenka ceased to be the Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Limited w.e.f. September 4, 2024, upon completion of their second term of office as Independent Directors.

Abhilash Lal has experience of more than 24 years. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney as the head of the financial institutions business in India, he spent more than 11 years working for HSBC. After that, he established the Genpact solutions team for clients that weren’t affiliated with him and led the department for two years as Vice President. He holds a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), located in Bangalore.

Pradeep Kumar Goenka is a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI), and he has experience spanning four decades in the banking industry. He also provides relevant consulting services. He currently serves as a Director for a number of public and unlisted businesses in a variety of sectors, such as manufacturing and financial consulting
