Aarvee Denims & Exports Appoints Jignesh Parmar As CFO & Jaimin Kailash Gupta As CMD
Jignesh M. Parmar has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aarvee Denims and Exports Limited, effective July 5, 2025.
Further, Jaimin Kailash Gupta has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company, effective July 5, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. He succeeds Vinod Parmanand Arora, who stepped down on the above-mentioned date.
The company also appointed Tarachand Gangasahay Agrawal as Whole-Time Director (Additional Director), effective July 5, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting.
Meanwhile, Ashish V. Shah and Kalpesh V. Shah have resigned as Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director, respectively, of the company with effect from July 5, 2025.
Hiten M. Parikh has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from July 5, 2025.
Parmar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory audit across sectors such as trading, e-commerce, power generation, and charitable trusts. He previously worked with EY, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, for over two years, focusing on statutory audits of listed companies in the independent power generation sector. He has proven expertise in the preparation and finalisation of financial statements, filing of income tax and TDS returns, and conducting tax and statutory audits under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and Companies Act, 2013. Parmar is also experienced in stock audits and performing analytical reviews for both private and listed companies. His detail-orientated approach supports accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Gupta has eight years of experience in the textile industry and is the founder and owner of Stitched Textiles Limited, a company focused on men’s apparel retail. He also serves as Director at VIRU Retail Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Stitched Textiles Limited and World of Viru, which manages the brand “VS” associated with cricketer Virender Sehwag. Gupta previously held the position of CEO at Vaxtex Cotfab Limited, an NSE Emerge-listed company engaged in textile fabric manufacturing. He also served as a Director at 7NR Retail Limited, a BSE-listed company, from February 2021 to January 2022. His experience spans retail operations, brand development, and textile manufacturing.
Agrawal has over 20 years of experience in the textile industry and garments trading. He serves as the Director of Yarn Syndicate Limited, a company listed on the BSE. In addition to his role in the textile sector, he also holds directorship positions in Vaarvee Green Solar Private Limited and Steptrade Broking Securities Private Limited. His diverse experience spans manufacturing, trading, and renewable energy, contributing to strategic growth and operational oversight across multiple sectors.
