A. V. S. Krishna Mohan Concludes His Term As Independent Director Of Kernex Microsystems (India)

A. V. S. Krishna Mohan has ceased to be an Independent Director of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited with effect from February 07, 2025.

Mohan has 39 years of post-qualification experience in commercial banking, including over 20 years in credit appraisal, industrial finance, credit monitoring, recovery, and branch management in a public sector bank. He retired as Deputy General Manager at Union Bank of India in March 2017. Since September 2017, he has been practicing as insolvency professional. He has experience in handling stressed assets, consortium meetings, and legal procedures related to SARFAESI, DRT, and BIFR.
