Binaisha Shrikant Zaveri and Raashi Shrikant Zaveri have tendered their resignation from the post of Whole-Time Directors of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, effective October 30, 2026.
Shrikant Gopaldas Zaveri has tendered his resignation as Managing Director, effective October 30, 2026 following the change in ownership. On October 30, 2026, the promoter and promoter group—led by Shrikant Gopaldas Zaveri and family entities—completed the sale and transfer of 74.12% stake to GRT Jewellers India Private Limited.
Binaisha has served as a Director at Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri since January 2004. She is involved in all aspects of the business, including human capital management, operations, finance, business development, marketing and merchandising. She has been actively involved in and a key player in the opening of showrooms in twenty-three cities across 10 states. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Raashi has served as a Director at Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited. She joined the business in 2008. She is involved in the management of the Company’s enterprise resource planning systems and is actively engaged in accounting, merchandising and general corporate management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, and is a graduate gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America.
Zaveri was the founding member and chairman of the Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation. He started its first franchise store in Dhanbad (Jharkhand), and the company has started its business activities on e-commerce platforms with Snapdeal, Flipkart and Amazon. He has also taken up the additional responsibility by taking the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has more than thirty-four years of experience in the Gems and Jewellery industry.
