Blue Dart Express Announces Board Changes

The Board of Directors of Blue Dart Express Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors; the appointment of Sebastian Paeßens as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective September 26, 2026. Paeßens is currently a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the company.

The Board has also approved the appointment of Rajat Kumar Jain and Avijit Mukerji as Independent Directors of the company, effective September 23, 2026.

Meanwhile, Charles Simon Dobbie, Non-Executive Director of the company, has tendered his resignation with effect from September 25, 2026.

Kavita Nair will also cease to be an Independent Director upon completion of her tenure.

The Board approved R. S. Subramanian’s appointment as Managing Director, subject to shareholders’ approval.
