Century Plyboards Shareholders Approve Reappointment Of MD & CEO Sanjay Agarwal And Four Directors

Shareholders of Century Plyboards (India) Limited has approved the reappointment of five directors at the Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026. Rajesh Kumar Agarwal and Prem Kumar Bhajanka were reappointed as Directors. Sanjay Agarwal was reappointed as Managing Director and CEO, while Ajay Baldawa was reappointed as Executive Director (Technical), both for five years w.e.f. July 1, 2026.

Nikita Bansal was reappointed as Executive Director for further five years from February 1, 2027.

Sanjay Agarwal is a Promoter Director of the company. He is a commerce graduate with extensive knowledge of the plywood business and is the driving force behind the company.

Rajesh Kumar Agarwal has 30 years of experience in administration, logistics, information technology, procurement (entire P2P/S2P cycle), and material management across the corporate sector and plant operations in an SAP environment. He is a commerce graduate and holds a diploma in computer science. He has also completed a programme in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management from IIM Bangalore and the Certified Global Negotiation Executive Training from the Institute of Supply Chain Management.
