JPMorgan Appoints Healthcare Investment Banker David Blais from Guggenheim

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has appointed David Blais, a senior healthcare investment banker, from Guggenheim Securities, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Blais, who specialises in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services sector, will join JPMorgan as a Managing Director (MD) later this month. He will report to Jerry Lee and Nick Richitt, co-heads of the bank’s healthcare investment banking division.

Blais has been with Guggenheim Securities since August 2014. Earlier, he served as a Director in mergers and acquisitions at Citigroup and worked at JPMorgan from 2007 to 2010.
