Bharat Dynamics Appoints Ankush Munjal, Vandana Agarwal & Pankaj Joshi As Independent Directors

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has appointed Ankush Munjal, Vandana Agarwal and Pankaj Joshi as Part-Time Non-Official Independent Directors on its Board, effective August 17, 2026.

Ankush Munjal is a Chartered Accountant, Advocate and finance and legal professional with over 25 years of experience. His expertise spans corporate finance, banking, treasury, taxation, regulatory compliance, insolvency, audit, risk management and legal advisory. He has worked across financial and corporate functions, with experience in managing regulatory and financial matters.

Vandana Agarwal is a practising Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of professional experience. Her areas of expertise include statutory and tax audits, internal and stock audits, TDS, direct and indirect taxation, including GST, accounting, MCA and corporate compliance, consulting and appeals.

Pankaj Joshi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007. He has 20 years of professional experience in internal and statutory audits, covering private-sector companies, public-sector banks, and financial institutions.
