Priyanka Sinha Succeeds Ashok Kumar Gupta As Independent Director Of GP Petroleums

Priyanka Sinha has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of GP Petroleums Limited, for a term of two (2) consecutive years commencing from August 12, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval. She succeeds Ashok Kumar Gupta, who has completed his term, and consequently retired with effect from August 12, 2026.

Priyanka Sinha is a strategic consultant and globally experienced General Counsel, and Board Member with expertise in legal strategy, Corporate Governance, enterprise risk, compliance and organisational transformation. Recognised by Forbes India as a Top General Counsel from 2021–2023, she has also featured in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist and was recognised among the Top 40 Global Innovative Leaders 2026 in New York. She has advised Boards, CEOs, promoters, private equity investors and multinational organisations across telecommunications, technology, IT/ITeS, consumer, healthcare, manufacturing, QSR, Alcobev and hospitality. Her experience includes cross-border transactions, M&A, regulatory strategy, commercial contracting, GCC strategy and governance reforms across multiple jurisdictions. Sinha has served on several Boards in India and managed Boards across the UK, EU and other markets, including chairing Risk & Compliance, Privacy & Security and CSR Committees.
